• 3rd Party Construction Consultant:
  Cary Clarke Homes hires an outside construction consultant to conduct inspections at certain pre-set intervals to ensure that high quality is standard in each home.
  
  
• Engineered Foundations
  All Cary Clarke Homes feature foundations designed by a Registered Professional Engineer and are based upon geotechnical investigative (soils) reports for each specific neighborhood. Prior to pouring, each foundation is inspected for compliance by an engineer.
  
  
• Express Written Limited Warranty
  All Cary Clarke Homes are backed by a comprehensive express written limited warranty, which includes a 10-year structural warranty through StrucSure Warranty.
  
  
• Fully Insured
  Cary Clarke Homes will maintain full coverage of Builders Risk insurance during construction of your new home.
