  You and your personal builder will meet to confirm all aspects of your home prior to the start of construction. During construction, you’ll have meetings at certain pre-set intervals, allowing you to follow the progress of your new home as it’s being built.

  Cary Clarke Homes utilizes a written production schedule to ensure that all homes are built according to a definitive timeline. You will be given a sample construction schedule so you can follow along in the process and have a proper expectation of the timing involved in building your new home.
