3rd Party Construction Consultant:
Cary Clarke Homes hires an outside construction consultant to conduct inspections at certain pre-set intervals to ensure that high quality is standard in each home.
Engineered Foundations:
All Cary Clarke Homes feature foundations designed by a Registered Professional Engineer and are based upon geotechnical investigative (soils) reports for each specific neighborhood. Prior to pouring, each foundation is inspected for compliance by an engineer.
Express Written Limited Warranty:
All Cary Clarke Homes are backed by a comprehensive express written limited warranty, which includes a 10-year structural warranty through Home Buyers Warranty.
Fully Insured:
Cary Clarke Homes will maintain full coverage of Builders Risk insurance during construction of your new home.

Cary Clarke Homes surpass the Texas State Energy Code by at least 15% and, as a result, your new home will automatically qualify for the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star Program.
